Lower Elementary

Three-year program for students in grades 1, 2, and 3

The Lower Elementary curriculum is devoted to the core academic subjects of Botany, Zoology, Geography, History, Mathematics, Geometry, and Language Arts. Classrooms are equipped with computers and a wealth of Montessori and reference materials.

In the afternoons, students also work with specialty teachers in Spanish language study, music, art, physical education, and technology. A one-hour lunch period includes time for socializing and outdoor recess.

Field trips to theatrical performances and local cultural exhibits are common as teachers and students alike take full advantage of out-of-classroom resources within the community.
