Emma Soto Andrade
Ms. Emma is an energetic toddler teacher who brings warmth and encouragement to her students. Before joining MMS, she worked was a third-grade teaching assistant and as a paraprofessional, working in early childhood reading programs.
Now amongst toddlers, she loves seeing Montessori principles in action—helping children build confidence, social skills, and independence. She enjoys watching them explore textures, learn to use cutlery, and eagerly take on classroom responsibilities. While older kids may “have to” clean up, she loves how toddlers show such enthusiasm and pride when they “get to” clean up.
Ms. Emma enjoys arts and crafts and looks forward to finding the next creative project for her students. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dogs and family.
