Madalyne (Ms. MJ) is an experienced childcare professional with a passion for working with toddlers. With a background in summer camp counseling, nanny services, and Waldorf childcare, Ms. MJ has always had a natural ability to connect with children. She believes that toddlers are a bright spot in our world and loves to watch them grow, explore, play, and learn.

Ms. MJ is a firm believer in the Montessori approach, which allows children to learn freely while taking responsibility for themselves and their classroom. She encourages her students to problem-solve for themselves and celebrates their accomplishments with them. Ms. MJ also emphasizes the importance of strong communication skills at a young age, and encourages her students to speak up and advocate for themselves.

Apart from her passion for childcare, Ms. MJ holds a degree in communication and double minors in digital media strategy and merchandising. Her love for nature and travel has taken her to 11 countries in 5 months as an Organic Farming Volunteer. Outside of work, Ms. MJ enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with friends.
