Music Awards
Music permeates the culture of our school, and group music instruction takes place every week for all students. We also make time available during the school day for students to take private music lessons in violin, viola, cello, guitar, ukulele, percussion instruments, piano, and voice.

Wisconsin Federation of Music Auditions
February 2023
- Grace W. earned Superior ratings in the Piano Solo event and the Piano Concerto event
- Fizza H. earned a Superior rating in the Piano Solo event
- Amyla M. earned a Superior rating in the Piano Solo event
- Amyla and Fizza as a duet team earned a Superior rating in the Piano Duet event
Because all the events earned a Superior rating, the events qualify for the Wisconsin State Federation Festival on May 20th at UW-Milwaukee!

Each student played two piano pieces memorized from a list of pieces leveled in order of difficulty. The students that received a superior rating are eligible to compete in the state contest in May at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
