Zachary Weil came to Milwaukee Montessori School at the end of the 21-22 school year from the Chicago Free School where he grew from a long-term substitute to a permanent part of the team. Zachary is a long-time Chicago resident and only just recently moved to Milwaukee. He earned his B.A. in Secondary English Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has pursued creative avenues in both music performance and teaching in the time since. A world traveler and a lifelong student, Zachary has devoted his life to continuous self-improvement; trying his hand at everything from writing zines and short stories, to leading his band on international tours, to cooking extravagant and complex meals. He is a proud caretaker to his beloved pitbull Blanche, a staunch, but not annoying, vegetarian, and a lover of 70’s prog rock, jazz, and classical music.
